The Adventure Continues!
General Zod, played by Terrence Stamp, and his henchmen come to take over planet Earth. As powerful as Superman himself, they quickly overpower the Earth’s defenses allying themselves with the evil Lex Luthor and taking the American President hostage. This happens while Superman is romancing Lois Lane at his Fortress of Solitude. Superman uses a device to strip himself of his powers to show his love for Lois Lane, but not knowing the danger that is now on Earth, this turns out to be a mistake. When confronting these new enemies, Superman is powerless to stop them. He has to lure them back to his Fortress of Solitude in order to trick the trio into his trap and their ultimate imprisonment in space.
